Illumina Sequencing Reagent Contract

The purpose of this notice is intended for market research purposes only and to make appropriation acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instruments Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Commodities Team is seeking a business who can provide a Brand Name Illumina TSO500 Solid Tumor Panel: Library Prep and Sequencing Reagents only designed for the analysis of solid tumor samples for the Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC). This will be for a base of twelve months and four twelve-month options.

Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, FAX, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.

Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government to determine your company capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the SAM Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent via email no later than 16:00 PM EST on April 5, 2024. Telephone and facsimile response will not be considered.
