NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to award a sole source, fixed-price, blanket purchase agreement to Sebia, Inc., 1705 Corporate Dr. Norcross, GA 30093, for Electrophoresis Capillary Analyzer Cost Per Test for VISN 8:

VA Sunshine Healthcare Network: Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico. This contract action for supply and services for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405.6 Only One Source. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 334516 and the Small Business Administration size standard is 1,000 employees. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Any response received will be considered for the purpose of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for the information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government intent to solicit, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
