The primary North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code applicable for this acquisition is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price single award, which will be advertised as a total set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business on or before February 22, 2024. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, 01/22/2024.
