DESCRIPTION: The North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Malcom Randall VAMC, Lake City VAMC, the Villages OPC, Tallahassee OPC, and Jacksonville OPC intends to award on a Sole Source basis a maintenance contract for the Steris SPS Equipment. The proposed source is Sustainment Technologies, LLC. This Service Contract is a Base plus Four full-service contract. This will allow all STERIS SPS equipment to be maintained in optimal operating condition while meeting all vendor specifications and standards set by the FDA, OSHA, Joint Commission, NFPA and Veterans Administration.

TERMS: 1. The projected Period of Performance of the contract is for Base plus Four option years. LICENSE AND ACCREDITATION 1. The contractor shall obtain all necessary licenses and or permits required to perform this work. He or she must be fully qualified/certified to service the equipment indicated in the scope of work and must present qualifications to Biomedical Engineering to keep in the service contract file.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The proposed NAICS 811210 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $22 million. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Specialist no later than 01/10/2024 at 09:00AM EST. Responses should be sent to jermaine.wilson@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement will be solely up to the government.
