This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 238150, and the Small Business Administrative size standard is $16.5M.

The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2023-06 dated 12/04/2023.
