Keila President Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this modification is to extend the dates for the submission of Quotes, to change the period of performance, send answers and questions, and to provide information about the Site Visit for the Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection requirement.

a. Currently, the date of submission for Quotes is Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3:00 PM; the extended date for submission of Quotes is now, Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

b. The effective date of the contract has been changed from 3/6/2024 to 3/11/2024, with 4 one-year option periods.

(3/11/2024 to 3/10/2029) c. The Site Visits for Solicitation 36C24824Q0228, Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection requirement will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. There will be two Site Visits on March 5, 2024: morning - 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST; and afternoon - 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST. We will meet in the Lobby of the Spinal Cord Injury Center (SCI), Building 38, James A. Haley VA Medical Center at 8:45 AM EST. d.
