Salient Characteristics HVAC Cooling Chassis Units Columbia VA Medical Center 1. Requirement Overview The Government requires the purchase of twenty (20) HVAC cooling chassis units to support existing wall-mounted HVAC systems at the Columbia VA Medical Center. This is a supply-only requirement. Installation will be performed by VA Engineering staff. 2. Brand Name Requirement The Government requires: Islandaire EZ15A7KFA1K14AB Cooling Chassis Units This is a Brand Name Only requirement.

No substitutions or equal products will be accepted due to compatibility requirements with existing installed equipment and wall sleeve systems. 3. Minimum Technical Requirements The equipment shall meet the following minimum characteristics:

Cooling Capacity: 14,500 BTU  Voltage: 277V  Electrical Requirements: Compatible with existing facility power infrastructure  Heating: No additional electric heat required; unit must be compatible with existing hot water coil heating configuration currently installed at the facility  Configuration: Cooling chassis designed for existing wall sleeve installation  Compatibility: Must fully integrate with existing Islandaire wall sleeve systems currently installed at Columbia VA Medical Center  Infrastructure: Units shall require no modification to existing HVAC infrastructure or wall sleeve assemblies  Construction: Commercial-grade HVAC unit suitable for institutional use  Condition: New equipment only; refurbished or used equipment will not be accepted  4. Compatibility Requirements The units must: Integrate directly into existing HVAC wall sleeve systems  Maintain compatibility with the existing heating and cooling operational configuration currently utilized by the facility  Maintain operational continuity with existing installed equipment  Require no modification, adapters, redesign, or alterations to existing infrastructure  Products requiring redesign or modification to existing systems will not be accepted. 5. Delivery Requirements Quantity: 20 Each

 Delivery Location: Columbia VA Medical Center  Delivery Timeline: 6 8 Weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO) 6. Warranty The contractor shall provide: Standard manufacturer warranty  Warranty documentation at time of delivery 7. Contractor Requirements Offerors shall provide: Exact brand name product specified  Manufacturer specification sheets  Authorized distributor information, if applicable
