Offers of domestic products will be given a price preference during the evaluation process, as specified in FAR 25.105. Offerors must certify whether their products are domestic or non-domestic and provide provide supporting documentation as requested. All offers must be complete the Buy American Act clauses (52.225-1 and 52.225-2)
