ON OR ABOUT July 10, 2025, I WILL POST AN RFQ TO FURNISH ALL PERSONNEL, TOOLS,EQUIPMENT, AND EXPERTISE NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A COMPREHENSIVE VISUAL AND NON-DESTRRCUTIVE SURVEY OF STEAM SYSTEM COMPONENTS OPERATING AT 15 PSIG OR HIGHER. PLEASE FILL OUT THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR THE QUOTE, (RFQ), AND EMAIL THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT BACK IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

SITE VISITS(Monday-Friday 8AM till 4:30 PM) WILL BE PERFORMED BY CLOSE OF BID.PLEASE CONTACT LURICO JORDAN @ (470) 775-2109 OR lurico.jordan@va.gov. for scheduling times. THE CLOSING OF THE BUY WILL BE ON (July 22,2025 @ 1:00 EST). Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.

In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. All capabilities are to be submitted to marcus.watts@va.gov ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CLOSING.
