Notice of Intent to Sole Source Stryker Boom Equipment under the authority of 38 U.S. Code § 8127

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, VISN 7 Contracting Activity intends to issue a sole source delivery order under the authority of 38 U.S. Code § 8127 with SDVOSB vendor TRILLAMED LLC, located at 30100 Telegraph Road Ste. 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. The associated NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This procurement includes a range of brand name specific endoscopic medical devices and equipment manufactured by Stryker Corporation.

A firm-fixed price delivery order is contemplated. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only TRILLAMED LLC, an SBA certified SDVOSB and authorized distributor of the specific Stryker brand items required. This notice of intent to sole source is not a solicitation (request for competitive quotes). No solicitation package is available.
