Intent to Sole Source Siemens BAS Energy Management. This procurement is for a new Building Automation System (BAS) Maintenance and Support Contract. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide maintenance, repair, calibration, programming and support for the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System (BAS) at the Ralph H Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center (109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC).

This is a full service and maintenance contract for the facility’s Siemens Desigo Building Automation System (BAS). The facility’s BAS system controls all of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment throughout the building, as well as the equipment that provides steam, hot water, and chilled water to the building.
