Q GENDA SOFTWARE ON CALL SCHEDULING SERVICES NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source purchase order to Government Marketing & Procurement, LLC. (GMP) for the services of QGenda On-Call Physician Scheduling Web-Based Service with advanced scheduling automation system for the Atlanta VAMC. The QGenda Systems Inc. software and licensing is only available through GMP GSA contract.

QGENDA has provided a letter confirming that GMP is their exclusive GSA authorized distributor of their products and services to federal government customers via their GSA Contract. Through their partnership with VOCERA, QGENDA is the only scheduling system authorized to integrate with the established communication system in use at the Atlanta VAMC. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).

The anticipated award date is 30 January 2025. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
