NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to GE Healthcare OEC, 384 Wright Brothers Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, for GE Ebox Risk Pool #184 diagnosis and repair of the GE OEC ELITE C-ARM at the Birmingham VA Medical Center, 700 South 20th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233 from 11/01/2024 to 12/31/2024.

NAICS code 811210 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental and Veterinary Supplies with a Size Standard of $34 Million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
