Tuskegee, AL 36083 Intent to Sole Source: The Government intends to make a sole award firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b). The requirement is for Commitment management coaching services for the VA Southeast Network, which comprises eight Medical Centers across three states: Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.

The intended source is Heads-Up Performance, INC, 5026 Barrowe Dr., Tampa, FL 33624. The Government will consider all capability statements received by this synopsis's closing date. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion. Information received will be considered strictly to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code that this work falls under is 541611-Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24.5 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. All capable sources must be registered in beta.

SAM by the close of this notice, and if your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned or Veteran-Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). An authorized dealer/distributor letter must be submitted with supporting evidence. All the above information should be included in the vendors' capability in response to this notice.

The Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) 13 C.F.R. § 121.406 will apply to all capable sources, and documentation of qualifications is required at the close of this notice.
