Replacement of 15 Steam Safety Valves in Boiler Room

As per the solicitation page 5 of 75 it states: Contractor shall field verify all 15 steam safety valves to be replaced and ensure proper sizing, materials, specifications and submit to VA Engineering for review and approval prior to purchasing Answer: Correct. Is there a list of the 15 safety valves that need to be field verified?

The safety valve with the higher set pressure must have a relief capacity of at least 100% of boiler steam generating capacity. Changing the boiler safety valves to 80% and 100% of the boiler capacity usually requires changing the vents through the roof on at least one of the valves. Is the plant aware of this and prepared for extended shutdowns to facilitate running new vents (if sizing requires)?
