Therefore, there is no coverage for the state of South Carolina; the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center must be serviced directly by Leica to maintain existing warranty coverage. Leica Biosystems is the exclusive representative that will sustain and enhance the increasing complexity and sophistication of the Ralph H Johnson Laboratory Program.

The CO cannot receive quotes from other vendors that provide after-markets parts, since quality will be at risk as Leica s existing warranty coverage would become void, thus jeopardizing reliability of equipment and safety of our patients. Accordingly, at this present time Leica Biosystems is the only responsible firm capable of providing the services described in Section III above without the Veteran s Health Administration experiencing unacceptable delays in fulfilling its requirements.
