Response: Offerors should submit test fit diagram/design intent drawing with their initial offer 14. Lease Section 3.48A states the Lessor shall obtain certification of silver level for LEED-NC. Lease Section 3.49A states the space must obtain a certification of silver level for LEED-ID+C. These are two different LEED systems. Which of these LEED systems should be followed?
Response: Do not attempt to complete L100 form at this time. 15. Lease Section 3.48A states the Lessor shall obtain certification of silver level for LEED-NC. There is another lease section 3.48A that states the project must obtain 2 Green Globes for new construction.
