OEM authorization is required to maintain product warranties and ensure instruments are repaired to manufacturer specifications.

No other vendor was found with the combined technical capability, manufacturer partnership, on site repair capacity, or compliance with ANSI AAMI ST 79:2010, ISO 9001, and Aesculap s Instructions for Use (IFU) and are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost. No other type of items will satisfy agency requirements.

These services are essential to sustain operational readiness within the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Service. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
