The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently leases 15,725 ABOA SF 15,725 RSF rentable square feet (RSF) of administrative space at 128 Bingham Road, ASHEVILLE NC 28806 under lease number VA730-R-0006 for the Asheville Admin. Lease. The initial term of the lease expired 02/28/2025 and is currently in Stand Still, however, the lease contains a 5-year unevaluated renewal option. VHA has a continuing need for 15,725 RSF of administrative and related space by exercising the final and only (1) five-year renewal option term. Bingham Rd South-West: Adams Hill Rd. The VA is now poised to award the unevaluated renewal option with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy for the period 03/01/2025 through 02/28/2030 at this leased location.
