The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips to Durham VAMC. The Durham VA Health 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC has a requirement for Philips Physiological Monitoring System. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.
