The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Mechanical Solutions Inc, 503 Cornerstone Court, Hillsborough, NC 27278 for the Ameriwater Inc (SPS) equipment Repair for the Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301, Fayetteville HCC, 7300 S. Raeford Rd., Fayetteville NC 28304, and Wilmington HCC, 1705 Gardner Rd., Wilmington NC 28405. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Ameriwater Inc Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sole dealer representative in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Ameriwater Inc (SPS) equipment Repair may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 4:00pm EDT on 8/25/2025.
