Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract base plus two (2) option years for the Fayetteville NC Costal Healthcare System to ScriptPro USA, Inc. located at 5828 Reeds Road, Shawnee Mission, KS 66202. The proposed contract action is to provide a preventative maintenance service agreement on currently utilized ScriptPro equipment.

The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of November 1, 2025. This is not a request for competitive offers, no solicitation is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. Market research has determined that these items are highly specialized, are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of item will satisfy agency requirements.

However, any business that believes it can provide preventative maintenance service agreement may give written notice to stephanie.mcelmore@va.gov by 10:00am EST on August 28, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:

company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number (UEI), manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation.
