INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, The Central Virginia VA Health Care System intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Sustainment Technologies LLC 1733 BRIARCREST DR STE 101 BRYAN, TEXAS 77802. NAICS 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance will be used. The proposed contract action is for preventive maintenance on the already established Quest system in place at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System.
To support the purchase of the Central Virginia VA Health Care Center s preventive maintenance on Quest MPS. The Government intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The contract is anticipated to be for a one-time delivery. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotation.
Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to jake.puckett@va.gov no later than 11:00 AM EST, 4 September 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM items only.
No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable as replacement parts. Vendors claiming to provide the above products shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributors, or authorized reseller for the proposed alternate equipment necessary for this procurement, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
