MRIDIUM MRI INFUSION SYSTEM

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Iradimed Corporation, 1025 Willa Springs Drive, Winter Springs, FL 32708 TrillaMed LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Ste. 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025 for the non-magnetic MRIdium 3860 MRI Infusion System for the Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), sole provider and sole service provider.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the non-magnetic MRIdium 3860 MRI Infusion System may give written notice to Cherisse.Hall@va.gov by 12:00pm EDT on 3/20/2025.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:

company name, address, point of contact, phone number, System for Award (SAMs) Unique Entity Id Number (UEI), manufacturer authorization letter, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller documentation. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
