Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Dornier MedTech America, Small Business (SB) for full corrective and preventative maintenance services on the Dornier Medilas H30 Solvo Laser System for the Fayetteville Health Care Center, 7300 S. Raeford Rd Fayetteville NC 28304. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole factory trained organization authorized to provide software updates and service on the Dornier Medilas H30 Solvo Laser System.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business that believes it can provide the full corrective and preventative maintenance services on the Dornier Medilas H30 Solvo Laser System may give written notice to Bernadette.Quevedo@va.gov by 10:00AM EDT on December 27, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
