Provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) PM and Inspection of Epredia Excelsior AS ID# 90267, Serial # ET52401701, Excelsior AS ID# 113292, Serial # ET52401701 and Revos ID# 115916, Serial # RS20832111EP. The Tissue Processors are analytical machines used in Lab. Scope of work includes an annual preventative maintenance visit, all replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled service visits. Contract excludes items considered accessories. All equipment and services to be provided by OEM trained technicians with OEM-new parts and in conformance with OEM specifications.
