Salem VAMC Steris automated Endoscope Reprocessors Service Agreement Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source maintenance agreement contract with Steris Corporation who has provided a sole source letter to their proprietary Steris Total Care Connect Select Choice Maintenance Agreement of their Automated Endoscope Reprocessors in support of the Salem Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia.   Period of performance will be for the period 15 November 2024 through 14 November 2025 plus four (4) option years.  Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.   No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.   However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice.  Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.   Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government    No telephone request will be accepted. NAICS Code 811210 / Size Standard $34M.  Responses received by 10:00 a.m. EST on November 15, 2024 will be considered by the Government.  Inquiries shall be emailed to Cleveland.Wynne@va.gov    No telephone request will be accepted.  End of Document
