63011 for the Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc. OS preventative maintenance service for the Durham VAMC located at the Durham VAMC, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the authorized service provider of the Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc. system and all associated products and service maintenance. Using any other supplier would result in duplicated costs that would not be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business that believes it can provide the OS preventative maintenance service may give written notice to lakeva.cousins@va.gov by 10:00am EDT on November 19, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
