This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract.

According to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a limited source contract under FAR (FAR) Part 6.302(1), Only One Responsible Source for the supplies or service will satisfy Agency Requirement per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) for the items listed below.
