Epredia Equipment Service Agreement

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Richard-Allan Scientific LLC. dba Epredia, 4481 Campus Drive, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49008-2590, for an Epredia Service Agreement for one (1) base year and four (4) option years to support the following equipment: one (1) HM525 NX Cryostat, two (2) HM355 S Rotary Microtomes, and two (2) SlideMate AS on Demand slide printers, for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole provider of the required service agreement.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide an Epredia Service Agreement may give written notice to stephanie.mcelmore@va.gov by 8:00am EDT on June 3, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
