Dreampath Block & Slide Storage

Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 06, Network Contract Office (NCO) 06, Fayetteville VAMC 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301-3856, intends to sole source to procure service warranty coverage for the government owned Dreampath Block and Slide FINA and CRYSTAL storage systems for the Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care Systems (FNCVAHCS) using a 100% Brand name only, sole source requirement via a Firm-Fixed Price contract as the procurement method (See attached justification below).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents ar available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide service warranty coverage for the government owned Dreampath Block and Slide FINA and CRYSTAL storage systems may give written notice to Jonathan.Lamb@va.gov by 12:00pm EST on May 10, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:

Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
