Leak Detection

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel solicitation 36C24624Q0813. There will not be an award to this solicitation. The Government will resolicit later. leak checking of the Mitsubishi City Multi Units in Buildings 12 and 74 at the VAHCS in Salem, VA. This encompasses the entire building of 74 and the two basement units in building 12. The reason for the leak checking of the Mitsubishi City Multi Units is to keep the environment in the buildings at a constant temperature.

These systems are plagued with refrigerant leaks and need to be repaired per EPA guidelines. . Leak check 5 VRF HVAC systems in Building 74 . Use electronic leak detection to determine location of refrigerant leak in each system. . Check outdoor units for refrigerant leak. . Check branch controllers for refrigerant leak. . Check fan coil units or cassettes for leak where applicable . Report findings of leak detection to customer . Leak check 2 VRF HVAC systems in Building 12 .
