NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Indica Labs for the HALO support and service software for the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Fayetteville, NC, 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole source provider of the HALO support and service software and all associated products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide a HALO support and service software and associated products may give written notice to lakeva.cousins@va.gov by 12:00pm EST on Apr 25, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
