Veterans Affairs Seeking Medical Space The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 8,000 8,650 usable square feet (9,768 rentable square feet) of medical office space in the greater Richmond, Virginia area. The space must be handicap accessible in according with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (4 CFR 101-19.6, App A) and ready for occupancy immediately.

On-site parking for a minimum of 20 vehicles is required including a minimum of 5 designated handicapped parking spaces specifically for VA usage. The VA requires a full-service lease for a five (5) year firm term plus five (5) soft term years for a total of ten (10) years. All proposed space must be within the following delineated area:

From the North: Intersection of Monument Ave and Bremo Road From the South: Intersection of Pratt St and Chase St From the East: Intersection of Libbie Ave and Monument Ave From the West: Intersection of Bremo Rd. and Maple Ave Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or legal representatives) must contact Lease Contracting Officer Ricky Farr via E-Mail at Ricky.Farr@va.gov. Interested offerors must submit the address, property description, available square footage, and photographs.

Also, a map and proof that the proposed property is within the delineated area is required. Contact is required by 4:30 EST Friday, May 3, 2024. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
