NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Melling, LLC. for the Katena Cataract Instrument set for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole source provider of the Katena Cataract Instrument set and all associated products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide a Katena Cataract Instrument set and associated products may give written notice to lakeva.cousins@va.gov by 8:00am EST on Apr 18, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
