Salient Characteristics RT300 cycle exercise system Functions to be performed; The facility requires an arm and leg cycle that uses functional electrical stimulation to generate muscle contractions to stimulate functional movements. This exercise system will be used for acute rehab spinal cord patients who suffer from extreme muscle atrophy, will help with muscle spasms, improve circulation, and maintain and improve range of motion.

Performance required; Cycle system should be a compact and portable system that is easy to set up. Requires height adjustable platform for use with Wheelchair/mobile scooter and other paralysis mobility devices. Adjustable calf support/straps as well as leg support/supports to secure the patient to the system. Adjustable torso and arm support/straps to secure the patient to the system. Must have wheelchair restraints to hold the wheelchair securely in position.

Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable) Functional Electrical Stimulation electrodes: Minimum of 8 with the capability to expand to 16 electrodes. Adjustable Upper body platform, can be adjusted as low as 28 to 39 Adjustable Speed with a minimum of 15 revolutions per minute. Current 0 to 140mA, 1MAsteps Pulse Width 50 to 500usec Steps Frequency 10 to 100Hz
