Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a limited source contract under FAR (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)), Only One Responsible Source for the supplies listed below. The vendor will be Biomerieux, Inc., 515 Colorow Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available.

Market research has determined that these services are highly specialized are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of October 1, 2024, to Biomerieux, Inc., 515 Colorow Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108. This is a Sole Source requirement to satisfy the minimum requirements for VISN 6.
