MIM Symphony Upgrades

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to MIM Software, Inc., 25800 Science Park Drive Suite 180, Cleveland, OH 44122, for the MIM Symphony Dx Software upgrades and concurrent license for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole provider of the required equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide MIM Symphony Dx Software upgrades and concurrent license may give written notice to stephanie.mcelmore@va.gov by 10:00am EST on March 28, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
