COOLER HEADS

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Lovell Government Services, 223 West Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502, for the Cooler Heads AmmaTM system for the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the sole Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business provider of the Cooler Heads AmmaTM system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the Cooler Heads AmmaTM may give written notice to Stephanie.McElmore@va.gov by 4:00pm EST on March 20, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
