NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Steris Corp. for the Acu-Sinq Enzymatic Dosing System for the Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. The Durham VAMC Research Service is one of five VA Medical Centers supporting a national sequencing mission project.

In order to maintain data continuity and provide comparable results between the five VA medical center sites participating in this research, the Durham VAMC requires the Acu-Sinq Enzymatic Dosing System. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole source provider of the Acu-Sinq Enzymatic Dosing System and all associated products and installation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Acu-Sinq Enzymatic Dosing System and associated products may give written notice to lakeva.cousins@va.gov by 8:00am EST on Mar 20, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include:
