Special Notice Special Notice Page 4 of 4 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 4 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to AD-Tech Medical Instrument Corporation for Stereo Electroencephalography (SEEG) Depth Disposable Electrodes to be used on their existing proprietary Cabrio connecting system and equipment located at the Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, VA 23249. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source.

The Government believes that the proposed candidate is the only provider of (SEEG) Electrodes.

However, any business that believes it can provide the Electrodes may give written notice to Ronnie.Gregory@va.gov by 11 AM EST on March 13, 2024. The Government will consider responses; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
