Preventative maintenance for Consolidated Sterilizer Systems INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award Compass Resources, LLC a sole source firm fixed price purchase order.

This order will be for a full-service contract to provide quarterly preventative maintenance for three Consolidated Sterilizer Systems © single-door sterilizers (Models SR-24D; 26BV and 26AV), one pass thru sterilizer (Model PT-SR-24D), and service calls when needed at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Richmond VAMC, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd Richmond, Virginia 23224-4914. The company providing service should be an authorized Consolidated Sterilizer Systems.

Compass Resources, LLC is the only authorized source of factory-trained service engineers to service and repair Compass Resources, LLC equipment. Compass Resources, LLC has been identified as the only authorized dealer that can supply this service at the Richmond VAMC, Richmond, Virginia. Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business who believes it can meet the requirements and possesses relevant past-experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; However, Government determination not to compete the proposed acquisition, based upon responses of this notice, is solely within Government discretion.
