BURIAL SERVICE - BASE + 4 OPTION YEARS

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: The contractor shall provide Mortuary/Burial Service for Veterans for VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington, DC 20422 in accordance with the Statement of Work as identified in the solicitation. This requirement will be set up as a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The associated NAICS code for procurement is 812210 with a size standard of $12.5 million.

As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award for five year (Base + 4 Year Option Years. (1/1/2025 to 12/31/2029). Prospective quoters must be registered in sam.gov. All SDVOSB/VOSB must be registered and current in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA VetCert) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and beta.Sam.gov, https://beta.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Contractors that submit quotation for SDVOSB/VOSB set asides that are not listed in VIP will be deemed non-responsive.
