The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Patient Centered Care and Cultural Transformation (OPCC&CT) awarded a 5-year Requirements Contact to CoreTech Global, LLC. The evaluation team concluded a consensus (final rating) of the successful offer as: Outstanding - Proposal meets requirements and indicates an exceptional approach and understanding of the objectives and requirements. Numerous strengths outweigh weaknesses considered to be insignificant. Risk of unsuccessful performance is very low.

All services to be furnished under the contract shall be ordered by issuance of task orders by any Network Contract Office 05 Warranted Contracting Officer. The quantities identified in the schedule are yearly estimates based on program history, and estimated program projections. Task order shall identify the specific quantities, tasks, fundings, and all relevant information for the individual order being executed. The total contract value (if all tasks are executed): $24,021,637.01
