STATEMENT OF WORK AVVIGO+ Multi-Modality Guidance System Brand name or Equal General: The Cardiology Service within Hershel Woody Williams (HWW) VAMC requires the procurement of AVVIGO Multi-Modality Guidance System for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). The IVUS modality of the System is intended for ultrasound examinations of intravascular pathology. Intravascular ultrasound is indicated in patients who are candidates for transluminal interventional procedures such as angioplasty and atherectomy.

Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide AVVIGO+ Mobile Guidance System (UPN H7492493120C0) or equal brand with has a touch screen medical grade tablet with battery, mobile mounting system, power supply, and installation guide. Includes 5 FFR LINKs (UPN H7495551000), 1-year standard manufacturer warranty, and 2-year Essential Care Service Coverage.
