INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - DAIKIN APPLIED Daikin McQuay Chillers 512-24-3-848-0531

The Contractor shall provide personnel, labor, supplies, material, parts, and equipment to perform repairs on the Daikin Air Cooled Chiller at the Baltimore VA Medical Center 10 N. Greene Street. The contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris from site, leaving the area in a clean and tidy order. Upon completion of all repairs and installation the contractor shall test all functions in the present of VA staff to assure proper operations. Contractor will provide a detailed description of work performed and cost, which includes an itemized breakdown for labor hours, parts, material, and warranty information.
