THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI), this is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement.

The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to gain knowledge of potential vendors qualified under NAICS 339112 medical and dental Manufacturing PSC medical supplies Components NAIC size standard of 750 employees for the Clarksburg VAMC. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.

After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in FedBizOpps (FBO) or GSA ebuy. REQUESTED INFORMATION If you are interested and capable, and can provide the required supplies, please provide the requested information as indicated below:

Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall also include:

company name, address, point of contact, contract number, NAIC, Sam Uei number, and business size: Is this item on a GSA/SEWP/FSS contract? Provide part number if on contract. What is GSA contract number? Is interested vendor SB or SDVOSB? Is vendor interested? What is business size status and representations NAIC and PSC code? Provide a copy authorized distributor letter if vendor is not the manufacturer. Does vendor offer a brand name or equal ALT Pro Endoscope leak tester or equal? Provide product place of origin. If equal provide product literature, manufacturer name, country of origin, model number, part number, warranty info, specification sheet.

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: ALT Pro Endoscope leak tester- Automatic Dry leak tester for at least 2 for Olympus brand endoscope scopes Built in RFID reader or equal to print at least 13,000 leak test records Electronically export records to a PC for backup and analysis 2 leak testing modes automatic and manual leak Self check on start up for equipment operation status.

Responses to this Sources Sought notice must be received no later than 3/27/24 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

This Sources Sought notice is to assist the VA in determines sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it may or may not be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought notice.
