STATEMENT OF WORK PFH Condensing Units brand name only 1. Background: The Huntington WV VA Medical Center requires two small replacement prop fan condensing units for delivery only. Must be the Liebert model brand to maintain compatibility.

2. Scope of Work: Vendor will provide all parts to the Huntington VA Medical Center within 90-days ARO.

20 ELECTRICAL SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS Condensing Module: 460 Volts, 3 Phase, 60 Hz Outdoor Prop Fan Condensing Unit with Lee-Temp Head Pressure Control Designed for outdoor ambient of 95°F (35°C) Scroll Compressor with Hot Gas Bypass Capacity Control High head pressure switch for system protection Starts & Operates at low outdoor temperatures down to -30°F (-34°C).

Nitrogen holding charge (System is field-charged, with field-supplied R-407C refrigerant) 1 year manufacturer warranty 4. Delivery: All materials shall be delivered within 90 days after receipt of order to 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV. 25704. Delivery vehicles shall arrive during normal work hours M-F 8:00am 4:30pm and shall keep traffic disruptions to a minimum.
