The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to gain knowledge of potential vendors qualified under NAICS 339113 medical equipment manufacturing PSC W065 medical lease equipment NAIC size standard of 750 employees for the Huntington VAMC. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.

After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in FedBizOpps (FBO) or GSA ebuy. REQUESTED INFORMATION If you are interested and capable, and can provide the required supplies, please provide the requested information as indicated below:

Responses to this Sources Sought notice shall also include:

company name, address, point of contact, contract number, NAIC, Sam Uei number, and business size: Is this item on a GSA/VAFSS/BPA contract? Provide contract number? What is business size of interested vendor? Is this open market or contract pricing? Is vendor interested? What is business size status and representations NAIC and PSC code? Provide a copy authorized distributor letter if vendor is not the manufacturer.

Does vendor offer a brand name or equal Olympus Endoscopes with maintenance, repair, parts on all scopes and accessories? If brand name or equal provide product literature, warranty info, specification sheet. Endo/GI Scope replacement requirement for a full coverage full repair, preventative, and maintenance coverage Scope lease and all ancillary equipment associated and return current scopes that will replace new scopes for a 1 year firm fixed price base and up to 2 option years. Base year and up 2 option years to include maintenance, repairs, parts, on all scopes and accessories for fully operational equipment.

Telephone, Fax, or any other form of communication inquiries will not be reviewed or accepted in response to this Sources Sought notice. Responses to this Sources Sought notice must be received no later than 1/8/24 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). This Sources Sought notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only.

A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it may or may not be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought notice.
