Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Stryker Lifepak 35 with Accessories

The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source under the authority of RFO FAR 8.401 supplying Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center s need to trade-in their Stryker Lifepak 35 and re-purchase, as supplied by Stryker Corporation d/b/a Stryker Sales, LLC, a division of Stryker Medical, located at 21343 NETWORK PLACE CHICAGO IL 60673. The sole source justification for this action will be posted with the Notice of Award.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order. The NAICS Code is 334510. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The items required are as follows:
